Civilized country? I think not! It is a disgrace what goes on in this so called civilized country - and it is not only about horses but ALL animals!! Sue Cattour is a disgusting disgrace and despicable excuse for a human being. The government, AS USUAL, is screwed up! It is all about money. Everything revolves around money. Money can do a lot of good but in the wrong hands it can and does do a LOT of EVIL!! The Mustangs must be helped and thanks to all those trying!!

It is vital that we step up to the BLM and save our mustangs! We Americans will not look the other way while our misguided government continues the cruel and hideous roundups of our cherished mustangs!

I’m an American, however, it is things like this that make me not so proud to BE an American!
What kind of “civilized” Country would do this?
Listen to the People! We have a right to keep these wild horses, you, and you alone, have no right to make the decision to destroy them. Especially the way you are doing it! Inhumane! Look the word up!!
Shame on you!!! God help you when you meet your Maker. Answer to HIM.

1. FIRE SUE CATTOOUR. SHE IS TAKING TAX DOLLARS AND KILLING THE HORSES. HER SERVICES SHOULD BE DROPPED.
2. FIRE ALL BUSH/CHENEY SCUM FROM THE BLM. INVESTIGATE THE BLM FOR TAKING BRIBES. THIS HAS BEEN SHOWN TO BE SOMETHING EMPLOYEES AT BLM DO.
3. WE NEED MORE HELP FROM MORE PEOPLE. GET ALLOF YOUR RELATIVES TO CALL AND WRITE OUR FEDERAL GOVT, WHICH IS ALLOWING THESE BUMS AT BLM TO DO THIS.

Why doesn’t your website know the correct zip codes for N.C? I can not take action because it won’t recognize my zip (27265) as a valid code for N.C.

Madeline,
Thank you for your dedication and spotlighting this crises. Time is running out for our american horses. By the time the politics plays out, hundreds, maybe thousands more will be traumatized and possibly lost forever. Let’s move forward with creating the sanctuary you and many others envision to protect those that are left. I feel this has to happen while simultaneously fighting the good political fight as the round-ups continue while the discussions are going on. It is already too late for so many. We cannot waste any more time arguing with the BLM and federal government about promises and responsibilities to “protect” our horses as we see all too clearly how that is working out. Let’s try to get them out of the hands of the BLM NOW! Purchase the land and buy the horses if we have to. Utilize smaller land owners and horse lovers to create mini-preserves or sanctuaries. Use the Dept of Interior’s request for proposal to create a sanctuary to fund the start of the sanctuary. Bring together ALL the horse and animal rescue groups and figure out a way to collectively rescue horses before more are traumatized, displaced and destroyed. Maybe go back later to sue for the land or violations of law in regards to the protections and promises in place. But getting them out of the BLM hands asap seems to be priority number 1 in my humble opinion.

Thank you for your dedication toward saving our last American wild horses against the barbaric, corrupted, brutal characters behind, inside and hired by the BLM, all who want to exterminate our last wild horses. We, taxpayers pay these characters to do horrible deeds against our will. Ranchers have always considered wild horses and anything that can’t be hunted, sold, butchered or eaten as vermin and they will not be content until they have exterminated the last wild horse. Prayers to all the brave people behind this noble effort, goodness will prevail, finally, we will prevail and our remaining wild horses will be assured at last the safety, peace and respect they deserve. The surviving wild horses have earned it for those who have been betrayed, frightened, abused, starved, maimed, chased and run down to death, killed and sent to slaughter

Madeleine, the wild horse is not only apart of our American history but were here long before us. Their right to roam free by the streams, hills and pastures is a birthright and should be honored. How could anyone treat with cruelty such a beautiful, majestic animal? The Mustang should be cherished as an icon of freedom! Wake up Washington for we are watching your actions…Thank you Madeleine for your time, energy, effort and the money you spend to help the horses and make those of us less knowing aware!

Thank you Madeleine, thank you for using your own money to do the work that our government should have done a long time ago and truly help figure out how our horses can stay on the lands of their birthright and continue to be free and healthy.

Thank you SO much for what you are doing for the wild horses. They are an important part of American history and should be treated with dignity and respect, and most of all should be free to roam. Thank you. God Bless.
