Rudy Ruettiger

After overcoming much adversity as a child through hard work and perseverance, Rudy Ruettiger was able fulfill his lifelong dream of attending Notre Dame University. His dedication to the football team was clear and so, during his opportunity to play with the team, he suited up as the defensive end and made a very memorable play. His inspirational story was later turned into a movie called Rudy. Today, Rudy serves as a motivational speaker and heads his foundation Rudy International created to benefit children advocacy programs.
